“With a couple of really tough road losses,” said Coach Patrick Smith, “Tremendous effort by our players tonight against a very good Three Rivers team. Felt we really competed tonight from start to finish, made some mistakes at the end that could have cost us but managed to make enough plays to hold on. College Basketball has it’s up and downs throughout the season and it’s your ability and toughness to move on and seek improvement that defines your team. We passed the test tonight and hopefully will continue to progress. Our schedule is really tough every game and what a chance for our team to continue to develop the remainder of the regular season.”

Moberly returns to action this Saturday, Feb. 4 as they host Mineral Area College in a key Region 16 contest.
