“After a very disappointing loss to Indian Hills last weekend,” said Coach Patrick Smith, “ I was very pleased in how our players responded to a very tough week of practice and a whole week before we played again. It felt like a football week with 7 days between games but felt it was very beneficial as we were able to get back and work on our system. Wabash Valley is a very good, well-coached team so felt this was our best win of the season. We are still very much a work in progress and look forward to the Highland Tournament this weekend and finishing our semester off strong.”

Moberly will play in the Highland CC William Baer Invitational this weekend as Friday they play Iowa Central at 5 pm. The classic resumes Saturday as they will play Marshalltown CC at 3:00 pm and then host Highland at 7:00 pm in Freeport, Illinois.
