"Tremendous opening to our season with two wins over high quality opponents," said Coach Patrick Smith, "I thought we guarded really well for November and at times played well offensively.  There is still a lack of consistency in all areas we must address and keep progressing to  eliminate our bad runs during games to find the next level.  However, that's what early season games are for along with practices but very pleased for our player's efforts in the two wins".

Moberly Area CC will return to action this weekend in the Midwest Jr. College Classic on November 7-8 with the event being held in West Burlington, Iowa at Southeastern CC.  The Greyhounds will play Highland CC(IL)  on Friday at 5 pm in the 10 team event and return to the court on Saturday at 4 pm against Sauk Valley(IL).
